We are currently partnering with several highly regarded plaintiff law firms in Sydney and Western Sydney (Parramatta), seeking skilled lawyers with 2+ years PQE to join their expanding Personal Injury and superannuation teams.

Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of TPD, trauma, and income protection claims
- Preparing detailed submissions to insurers and super funds
- Providing legal advice on complex disability and superannuation matters
- Negotiating with insurers and fund trustees
- Handling disputes through internal review, tribunals, or court where necessary
About You
- A minimum of 2 years post-admission experience in TPD or personal injury law
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage files autonomously
- Empathy and professionalism in dealing with vulnerable clients
- NSW practising certificate and current legal qualifications
