The Role:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced lawyer to head their Western Sydney Wills, Estate Planning & Property practice. The role will see you handling a number of files across Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate Litigation and Property and Leasing matters and leading a team of lawyers across the multiple offices of our client’s Western Sydney offering.
This role can be based in Parramatta or Penrith and is offering a quick and clear path to partnership within the firm.
Qualifications:
– 6+ years PQE with a focus on Wills, Estate Planning and Property Law.
– Proven track record of successfully handling Wills, Estate Planning and Property matters.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage a significant caseload and multitask with strong attention to detail.
