Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of workers’ compensation matters, acting for plaintiffs or defendants, depending on your background.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and appear before relevant courts and tribunals.
- Engage with clients in a compassionate and professional manner, guiding them through complex legal processes.
- Collaborate with experienced legal professionals within a supportive team environment.
- Attend mediations, hearings, and conferences as required.
About You
- 2+ years PQE in workers’ compensation or personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of NSW workers’ compensation legislation and court procedures.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- A current practising certificate in NSW.
