What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of workers compensation claims – From injury lodgements to final resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice – Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
- Mentor and lead – Guide junior solicitors and support staff, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Deliver compassionate client service – Be a trusted advisor through every stage of a claim.
Who You Are
- A skilled personal injury solicitor – With 3–5 years’ post-admission experience and a focus on workers compensation.
- Client-focused – You’re driven by the desire to help people and provide clear, timely support.
- Legally sharp – Excellent file management, research, and advocacy capabilities.

Requirements
- 3–5 years PAE in personal injury law
- Strong background in workers compensation matters essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting team outcomes
