What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of workers compensation claims – From injury lodgements to final resolution.
  • Provide expert legal advice – Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
  • Mentor and lead – Guide junior solicitors and support staff, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Deliver compassionate client service – Be a trusted advisor through every stage of a claim.

Who You Are

  • A skilled personal injury solicitor – With 3–5 years’ post-admission experience and a focus on workers compensation.
  • Client-focused – You’re driven by the desire to help people and provide clear, timely support.
  • Legally sharp – Excellent file management, research, and advocacy capabilities.
  • Team-oriented – You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring positive energy to your team.
  • Organised and efficient – You are detail-focused and confident managing a busy caseload.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years PAE in personal injury law
  • Strong background in workers compensation matters essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting team outcomes
